A leading construction and facilities management company is seeking a skilled Multi Skilled Electrician to join the Leeds division, on a full time, permanent basis. Having been established for over 50 years they are a forward-thinking business, with an excellent reputation.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out all types of repairs and maintenance work in a multi-skilled environment allied to the Electrical trade discipline
- Completion of repairs and maintenance in other trade disciplines where deemed competent to complete these
- Attend repairs and maintenance appointments on time and complete works on the first occasion, in one visit and within target times
- As and when required, diagnose necessary remedial works, make appointments/arrangements and organise materials required
- Removal or make arrangements for the removal of waste/debris on a daily basis and upon the completion of any works
Requirements:
- ECS Gold Card
- C&G Electrical & Inspection and Testing
- Full UK driving licence
- Background in a repairs and maintenance or property services environment
