We are working with a privately-owned, profitable and established Building Services consultancy who have been operating for over 25 years. They are now stepping into their next phase of growth and are looking for an Associate Director to join them in their Leeds office, with aspirations to progress beyond this level long term.
They have 5 offices in the North East, Yorkshire, Manchester and more recently opening their 5th office almost 12 months ago. You will work closely with Directors of the business, leading and managing a team of engineers, be client facing and hold commercial responsibilities.
Project sectors include Custodial, Healthcare, Education, Residential, Commercial and much more. You will wear multiple hats and will be involved in several projects at one time with workload being spread across each office’s design team!
With support, you will gain exposure to all aspects of the business including business development, commercial/financial management and resourcing. Our client prides themselves on their strong reputation to deliver high value projects and compete against the top International consultancies, offering outstanding consulting services as well as flexibility that really sets them aside from the rest!
