A leading construction and facilities management company is seeking a skilled Electrical Supervisor to join the Lincoln region, on a full time, permanent basis. Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day performance of engineers and contractors, ensuring project targets and goals are achieved.
- Oversee electrical contracts, including direct reports and subcontractors.
- Ensure electrical certification is completed and processed in line with client requirements.
- Monitor team productivity, resolving issues that impact performance across direct and subcontractor workstreams.
- Optimise the use of labour, materials, plant, and equipment to deliver projects efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
