Our client is a well-established M&E contractor with 3 regional offices across the UK and they are in need of an Electrical Site Manager to join their site team located in Wrexham. There are currently 2 projects in the area that are both large scale within the Industrial sectors with 12 months onsite for both projects. Following on from this, they have a strong pipeline of work offering security and variation across different sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, yet growing business where you would manage all aspects of the site's requirements, operating within a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage site
- Manage Resource
- Manage Sub-contractors
- Planning & programming
- Manage H&S
- Manage QA
- Liaising with main contractors and other trades
Requirements:
- SSSTS/ SMSTS Certification
- Authorised person (not necessity but desired)
- Trades background (Mechanical or Electrical)
- Experience in Building Services projects
