Are you an experienced youth worker or children's residential practitioner looking for a role where you can make a real difference - without shift work or weekends?
We're looking for someone with resilience, empathy, and a great sense of humour to join our alternative education provision, supporting young people from Year 7 upwards who need a different approach to learning and personal development.

About you You'll thrive in this role if you:
Have experience in youth work , children's residential care , or a similar setting.
Can remain calm, consistent and resilient when faced with challenging situations.
Build positive, trusting relationships with young people.

Believe that every young person deserves the chance to succeed, regardless of their starting point.
The role You'll work with students, primarily Year 7 and above , helping them to engage in education, develop social and emotional skills, and achieve positive outcomes. Every day is different, and your ability to connect, encourage and inspire will be at the heart of what you do.
