Highly regarded Construction and FM contractor are seeking an experienced Plumber, on a full time permanent basis. This role will be working across the Oxford, carrying out vital upgrades and installations across commercial properties (retail). The company offers long-term stability, training opportunities, and a supportive working environment.
Role and Responsibilities
- Perform planned/reactive maintenance and repairs across multiple sites.
- Diagnose faults and ensure safe, efficient resolution.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, reporting issues and updates during visits.
- Accurately complete service records, inspection logs, and remedial work documentation.
- Follow Health & Safety and Permit to Work procedures.
- Participate in an on-call rota as required.
- Carry out manual tasks, including lifting, working at height, and in confined spaces.
- Use mobile devices for task management and reporting.
- Monday – Friday
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Maintenance or Facilities Management environment.
- Holds relevant qualifications (e.g. City & Guilds Level 3 or 5, NVQ, or HNC equivalent).
- Solid understanding of Health & Safety regulations, Permit to Work systems, and safe working practices.
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
