We are looking for a SEMH Learning Support Assistant to join an education setting in South Shields, supporting young adult learners. The role will involve supporting young adults with a range of additional needs, helping them develop their life skills, functional skills, confidence and independence within an education environment.

- Has experience working with SEN needs
- Is confident supporting learners with diverse and complex needs
- Has experience working within an education setting
- Is patient, understanding and adaptable
- Can build positive relationships with young adults
- Has a good sense of humour
- Most importantly, has heaps of patience
