In this position you will support the Senior Technical Managers & Design Managers to help them deliver design & technical information on a bid or project; Build/ lead effective relationships with MEP Consultants, BIM Coordinators and CDP Specialists to maximise value/opportunity and mitigate risk • Approve plant and equipment selections/ CDP sub-contractor selection & designs • Develop value engineering and value management proposals • Provide troubleshooting support to significant technical and commissioning issues Experience within the design department of MEP Consultancy or Main / MEP Contractor • There is a great package on top of your salary which includes car allowance, private medical care, 26 days holiday (rises to 28 after 2 years, then 30 after 5 years), 8% pension contribution and a share scheme!
