Colehouse Group is supporting a number of transformation programmes within Financial Services and are looking for Continuous Improvement Specialists to join the team.
The role:
- You will work with Senior stakeholders to identify and deliver opportunities to improve processes, operating models and ways of working, using Lean, digital and AI-enabled approaches to deliver measurable improvements.
We’re looking for people for several programmes:
- One of the projects requires strong Finance transformation and knowledge of Finance operations.
- Proven experience of delivering continuous improvement.
- Proven experience delivering process and operating model improvement.
- Practical knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience using digital and/or AI-enabled solutions to improve processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A track record of taking improvement initiatives from identification through to implementation and measurable outcomes.
- Experience working within large scale Financial Services organisations.
