These are full-time hybrid roles based in and around London, with the opportunity for some remote work. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Defining product roadmaps
  • Gathering and prioritising requirements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as business analysts and developers
  • Ensuring delivery aligns with business goals
  • Stakeholder communication
  • Performance analysis
  • Driving continuous improvements to provide innovative business solutions

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving, data interpretation, and decision-making
  • Solid knowledge and experience in Product Management, including defining roadmaps and managing product lifecycles
  • Proficiency in Business Analysis, including requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation
  • Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders
  • Understanding of Software Development processes and methodologies
  • Experience in the financial sector, particularly in areas such as Core Banking, Lending, or Financial Crime prevention, is highly advantageous
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment combining in-office and remote work
