Continuous Improvement Specialist – Lean Six Sigma & AI Enabled Approaches
Colehouse Group is supporting a number of transformation programmes within Financial Services and are looking for Continuous Improvement Specialists to join the team.
The role:
You will work with Senior stakeholders to identify and deliver opportunities to improve processes, operating models and ways of working, using Lean, digital and AI-enabled approaches to deliver measurable improvements.
We’re looking for people for several programmes:
One of the projects requires strong Finance transformation and knowledge of Finance operations.
Proven experience of delivering continuous improvement .
Proven experience delivering process and operating model improvement .
Practical knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma methodologies.
Experience using digital and/or AI-enabled solutions to improve processes.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
A track record of taking improvement initiatives from identification through to implementation and measurable outcomes .
Experience working within large scale Financial Services organisations
