This role is perfect for those with a foundational consulting background or deep industry experience (typically 2 to 10 years of professional experience) who are looking to take the next step in their career with a clear path for growth. You\’ll work on diverse projects ranging from process optimisation and digital transformation to large‑scale regulatory change.

What We Are Looking For

• Financial Services & Insurance Experience: Demonstrated experience across one or both sectors (e.g., Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Capital Markets, General Insurance, Life/Pensions).
• Structured & Analytical Mindset: Highly organised, methodical, and excels at breaking down complex problems using data and critical thinking.
• Outgoing & Collaborative: Confident communicator who thrives in client‑facing roles, builds strong relationships, and works effectively within a team environment.
• Experience Level: Recruiting talented individuals at the early or mid‑career stage (typically 2‑10 years of relevant professional experience).
