- Experience in project management methodologies (Prince2, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent).
- Ability to translate data into insights and develop actionable recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital technologies, automation, and AI-driven solutions is a plus.
