- Product Owner: Core Banking & Savings
- Product Owner: CRM: Onboarding & Product Activation
- Product Owner: Lending & Credit Underwriting
- Product Owner: Financial Crime & Risk
These are full-time hybrid roles based in and around London, with the opportunity for some remote work. The Product Owner will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of products in CRM, Core Banking & Savings, Lending, Credit Underwriting, and Financial Crime & Risk. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining product roadmaps, gathering and prioritising requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as business analysts and developers, and ensuring delivery aligns with business goals. The role will also involve stakeholder communication, performance analysis, and driving continuous improvements to provide innovative business solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving, data interpretation, and decision-making
- Solid knowledge and experience in Product Management, including defining roadmaps and managing product lifecycles
- Proficiency in Business Analysis, including requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Understanding of Software Development processes and methodologies
- Experience in the financial sector, particularly in areas such as Core Banking, Lending, or Financial Crime prevention, is highly advantageous
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment combining in-office and remote work
