The potential post holder should ideally possess a valid UK Driving licence (a car will be provided when required), though suitable non-driving candidates will be considered and provided with an Oyster card while on shift. Non-driving practitioners will be expected to be able to undertake the same number of visits per day as driving colleagues.

Camden Rapid Access Services (Camden RAS) is currently seeking to employ a Band 6 Registered Nurse or Paramedic with substantial experience in acute care (e.g. A&E, AMU, ITU, Paramedic). The ideal candidate will be confident in top‑to‑toe examination and succinct history taking.

Shifts
Long day: 09:00 to 22:00
Early shift: 09:00 to 19:00
Late shift: 12:00 to 22:00
Some shifts may begin at 08:00 with finishing times adjusted accordingly (e.g., 18:00 for an early shift and 21:00 for a long day)

You will need to possess knowledge of physical assessment skills (ideally you will have completed the Physical Assessment Module), be able to undertake a top-to-toe assessment and take a thorough, succinct history focusing on the presenting complaint.
