Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst and SARs Coordinator to join our Health & Justice teams in Surrey Prisons. You will support the Performance and Administration team, ensuring accurate and high‑quality data for service reports, commissioning and national standards.
Responsibilities:
- Audit patient health records and identify data quality issues.
- Correct and enter data into clinical systems (e.g., SystmOne, Nebula).
- Support completion and monitoring of Subject Access Requests.
- Use Trust Business Intelligence (Tableau) to source and report information.
- Act as a Tableau champion, supporting services to get the best outcomes from the BI solution.
- Support general administration for the team and meeting administration.
- Assist with training new staff as required.
- Contribute to the maintenance of Data Quality Team reports.
- Handle all patient identifiable data securely, applying Information Governance principles.
- Liaise with internal teams (Clinical Services, Business & Transformation, Digital Skills) as needed.
