  • Working across teams to keep things simple and joined up

What we’re looking for:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified (Level 7 or working towards is a bonus)
  • 5+ years’ generalist HR experience
  • Strong experience handling employee relations cases independently
  • Solid knowledge of UK employment law
  • Experience building or improving HR processes

  • Detail focused, especially around compliance

It’s a bonus if you also have:

  • Experience in a scaling or fast‑growth business
  • Multi‑site or international HR exposure

  • Familiarity with ISO 27001 or similar
  • A wellbeing or mental health qualification
