- Keeping us compliant with UK employment law and key requirements
- Maintaining accurate HR data and systems

- Using data to guide decisions and spot issues early
- Working across teams to keep things simple and joined up
What we’re looking for:
- CIPD Level 5 qualified (Level 7 or working towards is a bonus)
- 5+ years’ generalist HR experience
- Strong experience handling employee relations cases independently
- Solid knowledge of UK employment law
- Experience building or improving HR processes
- Confident using HR systems and managing data
- Clear, straightforward communicator
- Well organised and able to prioritise your own workload
- Detail focused, especially around compliance
It’s a bonus if you also have:
- Experience in a scaling or fast‑growth business
- Multi‑site or international HR exposure
- Experience supporting restructures or organisational change
- Familiarity with ISO 27001 or similar
- A wellbeing or mental health qualification
Time off and benefits:
- 24 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro rata)
- 2 duvet days
- 2 volunteer days
- Access to therapy sessions and wellbeing support
