About the Role

As an Alternative Provision Learning Coach, your primary role will be to support learners across various groups, including but not limited to those on the 14-19 provision pathways, fostering their academic, personal, and social development. You will assist during both structured sessions and unstructured times, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for engagement and growth.

Responsibilities

Welsh language skills are essential. Applicants with Welsh language skills at an Intermediate to Proficiency level are welcome to apply. Please refer to the attached Welsh Language Competency Framework for guidance. This post is split between Rhondda and Ystrad Mynach Campus.

Location

Roles at Coleg yCymoedd are campus‑based to support teaching, learner experience, and service delivery.
