About the
Role: You will recruit and complete contractual sign up for new apprenticeship learners and generate new local/ regional business relationships to increase work-based learning activities and to maintain assessor caseloads.
You will maintain learner compliance in relation to WG contractual documentation.
You will be responsible for liaising with stakeholders to review learner progress and support learner needs and work under the direction of the coordinator for the area of expertise.
Develop and deliver all work-based learning induction activities in line with Welsh Government, Skills Academy Wales and Coleg y Cymoedd Requirements.
