About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate Lecturer in Painting and Decorating to join our School of Construction Trades at the Rhondda Campus on a part-time basis (8 contact teaching hours). In this role, you will deliver engaging, high-quality teaching across a range of programmes and levels, inspiring learners to achieve their full potential. You will set high expectations, create a positive and inclusive learning environment, and play an active role in recruitment, retention and learner success—helping to build an aspirational culture where every learner is supported to progress and thrive.
