We are seeking a supportive Lecturer to deliver high-quality theoretical and practical instruction within the School of Foundation Learning. The ideal candidate will possess strong pastoral and teaching skills, with a genuine commitment to fostering an inclusive and encouraging learning environment.
You will play a key role in empowering learners, many of whom have faced challenging educational journeys or disengaged from education. Your support will be instrumental in helping them build the confidence and skills needed to succeed.
Responsibilities include:
- Staff employed at Coleg y Cymoedd will have responsibility for the safeguarding and for the promoting the welfare of learners.
- Undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required by the College, either at your principal place of work or other College premises, commensurate with the grade and responsibilities of the role.
