Our Engineering department delivers specialist provision across a broad range of disciplines, including Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Rail, and Automotive Engineering. We offer learners industry-relevant pathways that reflect the diversity and ambition of the modern engineering sector.

As a Lecturer, you will teach effectively on a range of courses and at a range of levels as agreed with your line manager/Head of School. You will support learners to achieve successful outcomes and participate in retention and recruitment activities as appropriate. You will set high expectations for learners and contribute to an environment that encourages all learners to be aspirational.

As part of our safer recruitment processes, all new starters must successfully complete the required pre-employment checks prior to commencing employment.
