As a Lecturer, you will deliver high-quality teaching and learning across a range of courses and levels, as agreed with your line manager/Head of School, including NCFE Level 2 Air Cabin Crew programmes. You will bring current industry knowledge to develop learners' professional behaviours, safety awareness and customer service skills required for progression into the aviation sector. You will support learners to achieve successful outcomes, set high expectations, and contribute to an inclusive environment that encourages aspiration, while actively engaging in retention and recruitment activities.
Responsibilities
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of learners; uphold the College’s commitment to student safety.
- Complete required pre-employment checks prior to commencing employment, including an enhanced DBS check.
- For roles involving direct interaction with learners, register with the Education Workforce Council (EWC).

Working Conditions
Roles at Coleg y Cymoedd are campus based to support teaching, learner experience and service delivery. Postholders may request flexible working, including limited remote working, through the College's Flexible Working Process (a statutory day one right). Requests are considered individually based on role needs and service coverage.
