About the Role:
As an Alternative Provision Lecturer in Hair & Beauty, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and inclusive learning experiences tailored to the needs of 14-19 year old learners. Your role will focus on supporting learners and building relationships to achieve positive outcomes, both academically and personally. You will help foster a safe, aspirational, and supportive environment where every learner is encouraged to grow in confidence, resilience, and ambition. You’ll also contribute to recruitment and retention efforts, playing a key part in building a strong and successful learning community from the ground up.
Further Information:
Staff employed at Coleg Cymoedd will have responsibility for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of learners.
Undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required by the College, either at your principal place of work or other College premises, commensurate with the grade and responsibilities of the role.
