As we continue to strengthen our work around the Welsh Language Standards and contribute to the aims of Cymraeg 2050, we’re growing our Welsh‑medium capacity and investing in people who can help make Welsh a confident, everyday part of college life.

Staff employed at Coleg y Cymoedd will have responsibility for the safeguarding and for promoting the welfare of learners. Undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required by the College, either at your principal place of work or other College premises, commensurate with the grade and responsibilities of the role. It is recognised that duties and responsibilities of all posts may change from time to time and job descriptions may be amended in consultation with the post holder to reflect those changes which are commensurate with the role.

In line with the College’s Recruitment Policy, we will use the Person Specification to shortlist candidates. You should evidence how you have met all the Essential Criteria and, where applicable, the Desirable Criteria outlined in the Person Specification. You should supply written evidence on how you fulfil each of the Essential Criteria (and if met, Desirable). You should outline in your ‘Further Information’ section evidence of how you meet the criteria in the same order in which they appear on the Person Specification.
