About the Role
As a Lecturer, you will deliver high-quality teaching and learning across a range of courses and levels, as agreed with your line manager/Head of School, including NCFE Level 2 Air Cabin Crew programmes. You will bring current industry knowledge to develop learners’ professional behaviours, safety awareness and customer service skills required for progression into the aviation sector. You will support learners to achieve successful outcomes, set high expectations, and contribute to an inclusive environment that encourages aspiration, while actively engaging in retention and recruitment activities.
