As Futures Team Leader you will lead the college's Employment Bureau, Entrepreneurship support, UCAS support services and skills competitions participation under the Futures@Cymoedd brand. The role will report to the Head of Learner Recruitment and Progression in the Admissions and Futures team.
All staff employed at Coleg y Cymoedd have a responsibility to safeguard and promote the welfare of learners, and all those working at the College are expected to uphold this commitment. As part of our safer recruitment processes, all new starters must successfully complete the required pre‑employment checks prior to commencing employment. This includes an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. For roles that involve direct interaction with learners, registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) is also a mandatory requirement.
