Executive Curriculum Director holds strategic leadership for a designated portfolio of schools, leading income diversification, work placements, employer engagement and competitive bid development within the portfolio’s scope. The post holder is directly accountable for learner outcomes, curriculum quality and operational performance across their portfolio schools.
As a strategic lead for income diversification and employer engagement, they drive income growth and diversification, lead the development of competitive bids and tenders, oversee work placement provision, and build strategic relationships with employers, funders and commissioning bodies. This work operationalises the strategic ownership held by the reporting Vice Principal.
The post holder is a member of the Strategic Leadership Team, College Management Team and Academic Board, attending Corporation Board committees as appropriate.
