The Compliance Training Coordinator will be responsible for the design, delivery, and coordination of all statutory and mandatory compliance training across the college. This includes health and safety training, safeguarding, data protection, equality and diversity, prevention of sexual harassment, and other regulatory requirements. The postholder will deliver a high volume of face-to-face training annually while coordinating e-learning platforms and external training providers to ensure 100% compliance across all college sites. The role requires excellent training delivery skills, strong organisational abilities, and in-depth knowledge of FE sector compliance requirements. Staff employed at Coleg y Cymoedd will have responsibility for safeguarding and for promoting the welfare of learners.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, delivery, and coordination of statutory and mandatory compliance training across the college.
  • Deliver a high volume of face-to-face training annually.
  • Coordinate e-learning platforms and external training providers to ensure 100% compliance across all college sites.
  • Support safeguarding and welfare of learners.
  • Undertake such other duties as reasonably required by the College, at principal place of work or other premises, commensurate with the grade and responsibilities.
  • Assist with updates to training policies and procedures in line with regulatory changes.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Excellent training delivery skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of FE sector compliance requirements.
  • Experience of working in a college or FE environment.
