The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

As an Estates & Facilities Officer, the role will involve key holding, which will be an important part of the role, to ensure the security of buildings and College equipment. Intruder and fire alarm call outs, out of hours, will be required. Liaising with contractors to ensure we meet legislative requirements and communicating any issues to their line manager if they cannot resolve them.

Staff employed at Coleg y Cymoedd will have responsibility for safeguarding and for promoting the welfare of learners.

General duties include undertaking such other duties as may be reasonably required by the College, either at your principal place of work or other College premises, commensurate with the grade and responsibilities of the role. It is recognised that duties and responsibilities of all posts may change from time to time and job descriptions may be amended in consultation with the post holder to reflect those changes which are commensurate with the role.
