Responsibilities include owning the college's external communications, PR and social media presence, building and protecting the college's reputation and driving engagement with prospective learners, partners and the wider community.

Roles that involve direct interaction with learners must register with the Education Workforce Council (EWC).

Location & Working Conditions: Roles at Coleg y Cymoedd are campus‑based to support teaching, learner experience and service delivery. Postholders can request flexible working, including limited remote working, through the College's Flexible Working Process.
