As a Lecturer in Childcare, you will teach effectively on a range of courses and at a range of levels as agreed with your line manager/Head of School. You will support learners to achieve successful outcomes and participate in retention and recruitment activities as appropriate. You will set high expectations for learners and contribute to an environment that encourages all learners to be aspirational. This role is a split campus position between Nantgarw and Ystrad Mynach Campus, with 16.5 teaching hours, 25.44 in total.
