As an Assessor in Carpentry, you will plan, manage, and review assessments, ensuring learners understand the assessment process and receive constructive feedback. You will track learner progress, develop assessment schedules, and collaborate with colleagues to maintain high teaching and assessment standards. Additionally, you will liaise with employers, awarding organisations, and relevant stakeholders to support learner development. You will also communicate effectively with customers and employees, support learners throughout their qualifications, and promote the college.
