As part of our safer recruitment processes, all new starters must successfully complete the required pre-employment checks prior to commencing employment. This includes an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. For roles that involve direct interaction with learners, registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) is also a mandatory requirement.

CIPD Level 5 (or willing to work towards) is essential, along with a strong commitment to inclusion, safeguarding and developing effective leadership practice.
