About the Role: Encourage and work with young people who require additional learning support by removing barriers; academic, emotional or social. Work closely with academic and support staff. Assist in the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of a wide range of person-centred support mechanisms to support individual learners in progressing successfully through their vocational studies.
Further Information: Staff employed at Coleg y Cymoedd will have responsibility for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of learners.
Undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required by the College, either at your principal place of work or other College premises, commensurate with the grade and responsibilities of the role.
It is recognized that duties and responsibilities of all posts may change from time to time and job descriptions may be amended in consultation with the post holder to reflect those changes which are commensurate with the role.
