We are looking for an organized and customer‑focused individual to lead the delivery of high‑quality learner services across our campuses. You will manage and support the Learner Services team, ensuring learners receive a professional, welcoming and responsive service throughout their learner journey. Working closely with colleagues, learners and external partners, you will help enhance the student experience, coordinate key learner‑facing activities and promote a culture of excellent customer service and continuous improvement.

Additional Information
All staff employed at Coleg y Cymoedd have a responsibility to safeguard and promote the welfare of learners. All new starters are required to successfully complete pre‑employment checks, including an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. For roles involving direct interaction with learners, registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) is also mandatory. Salary: £27,060 - £51,963 pro rata FTE (Salary assessed on teaching qualifications and industrial experience). Postholders may request flexible working, including limited remote‑working, through the College’s Flexible Working Process.
