Are you a passionate and innovative L&D professional ready to lead transformative projects? Bridgend College, an award-winning institution committed to excellence, is seeking a Learning and Development Project Lead to join our dynamic team.
Job purpose: This is an exciting opportunity to lead on innovative learning and development projects and programmes within the College, and contribute to a comprehensive L&D strategy. You will build links with industry for experiential learning placements for our workforce, and ensure learning opportunities are aligned with wider external priorities and equality themes. Whilst overseeing all aspects of L&D, including budget management, you will also support performance management and develop and enhance the College's learning management system, Dysgu.
With a degree in Human Resources, Education, Organisational Development, or a related field, you will have proven experience delivering end-to-end learning and development projects, delivery, event management, and have experience of leading projects involving cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
