Job Purpose
To plan, develop, deliver, assess and evaluate up to Level 3 in relevant qualifications i.e. Welding and Fabrication.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, deliver, assess and evaluate courses up to Level 3 in Welding and Fabrication.
- Provide high quality learning experiences for diverse learners.
- Maintain professional development and industry standards.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Welding and Fabrication, with TAQA Level 3 (or equivalent) working towards or willing to work towards this.
- Experience and knowledge of industry relevant Welding and Fabrication qualifications.
- Ability to connect with a diverse range of learners and inspire individuals from all backgrounds to achieve their full potential.
- Successful completion of a satisfactory/enhanced DBS disclosure for child and adult workforce and registration as a Work Based Learning Practitioner with the Education Workforce Council.
- Proficiency in Welsh language encouraged; specify preference for assessment/interview in Welsh.
- Evidence of identity and eligibility to work in the UK; the College does not sponsor visas, so right to work must be proven.
