We are looking for an experienced agricultural professional to step into a dual role that combines farm management with student mentorship.
What we’re looking for
- Qualifications: Minimum of a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Agriculture.
- Experience: Proven background working with agricultural land, machinery, and livestock (sheep, cattle, and pigs).
- Leadership: Experience supervising land areas, casual staff, or technicians.
- Skills: Strong communication, organisation, digital record-keeping, and problem-solving abilities.
- People Focused: Experience working with young people, with the ability to maintain professional boundaries.
