We have a requirement for a Fitness Instructor to guide and support learners who have enrolled on Health & Fitness courses. We are looking for someone with enthusiasm who will motivate our learners to improve their skills and knowledge base and to achieve their full potential. Skills in teamwork, motivating and inspiring learners, and the ability to continually improve the learning experience will be essential.
The ability to use the Welsh language at a basic level (or willingness to undertake training) is desirable. Applications may be submitted in Welsh and will not be treated less favourably than applications submitted in English.
Requirements & Compliance
- Safeguarding: Appointment is subject to a satisfactory Enhanced DBS check and EWC registration (costs covered by the candidate).
- Qualifications: Lecturers must hold or be willing to achieve a teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE) within a set period.
