Join our vibrant Hair and Beauty department as a friendly and professional Receptionist.
You\βll be the first point of contact for clients, students, and staff, managing salon bookings, supporting daily operations, and ensuring a welcoming front-of-house experience.

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and customer service skills, organized with strong IT and admin abilities. Experience in a reception or salon environment is a bonus, but you must be a team player who thrives in a busy, creative setting.
The ability to use the Welsh language at a basic level (or willingness to undertake training) is desirable. Applications may be submitted in Welsh and will not be treated less favorably than applications submitted in English.
Lecturing posts will require a teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE) or the willingness to attain one within a specified period. This will be a requirement under your contract of employment and EWC registration.
