The Examinations Officer will work within the exams team in the operation and administration of the examination system. All duties are carried out in accordance with the policies and procedures of Coleg Gwent and external bodies, including DfES, qualification awarding bodies and the Joint Council for Qualifications. You will deal with staff and students at the campus on a daily basis and help provide an excellent service to them.

Experience in the use of software packages, including Microsoft Word, Excel and databases and computerised information systems are essential. Very good administrative and IT skills are required, together with an eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure.
