Overview
We have been working with Welsh Government and other Further Education Colleges to develop processes to ensure we fulfil our legal obligations with regards to the Additional Learning Needs Educational Tribunal Act (ALNET).
Responsibilities
- Work independently and use own initiative to collate information, draft suggested processes, and create high quality resources.
- Develop clear IDP-writing guidance and advise staff accordingly.
- Collaborate across campuses and gather information from multiple college departments.
- Contribute to creating new processes and resources related to ALNET obligations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in writing Individual Development Plans (IDPs) or equivalent documentation.
- Ability to work across multiple sites and engage with various teams.
- Strong written communication and resource development skills.
