Are you passionate about sport and committed to developing young athletes both on and off the pitch/court? As part of the dynamic and growing Sports team at Coleg Gwent, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Rugby Coach to support our learners' enrichment journey.
Principal Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality coaching for a minimum of four hours per week.
- Plan and facilitate sessions that build skill, teamwork, and performance.
- Create a safe and inclusive training environment that complies with health and safety guidelines.
- Demonstrate clear understanding of accident, incident, and emergency procedures.
- Promote equality, fair play, and sportsmanship in all activities.
- Serve as a positive and professional role model for students and staff.
