The post provides an opportunity for an enthusiastic and eager person to contribute to ensuring Coleg Gwent provides high quality ALN support to learners with difficulties and/or disabilities. Your role will centre on providing administrative support for ALN.
Responsibilities:
- Checking pay claims and staff timetables.
- Ensuring accurate and timely records are maintained.
- Communicating with schools to support effective transition arrangements for new learners.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 GCSE's at Grade C or above, including Maths and English.
- Some knowledge of ALN is desirable.
- IT literate with experience of using Microsoft Office packages.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with learners, colleagues and members of the public.
