Job Description
Could you play a key role in helping us offerfamily-feel living and learning to our residents?
This role reports to a House Managerand is ideal for peoplewho are kind, practical and reliable.
Our houses are noisy, friendly, sociable spaces whereresidents, staff and volunteers eat and socialise together.
You’ll become afriendly, familiar face to the people you work with, leading by example andhelping them to complete practical day-to-day tasks.
You will be patient and consistent in your approach.
Weoffer full training and personality is more important than experience.
