We work with young adults with complex additional learning needs and disabilities, teaching them to self-advocate, build skills and find greater independence.

Are you interested in starting a career in education? Are you good at explaining things and encouraging others to take part? This is a great role for someone that's keen to get started in an education role but might not have much experience.

You’ll be working in our Education Team, supporting learners as they take part in their sessions. This could be anything from hands-on science experiments, craft sessions, tech-based activities or basic reading tasks. You’ll be guided by Tutors and inspired by our fantastic learners!

This is a weekday, term time role, so perfect for anyone that needs a regular work pattern without weekend or evening shifts. Full training is given and this is a job with real career progression opportunity.
