37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday. Can consider hybrid working once the role is established.
Purpose of the role: To provide administrative support for all fundraising activities at Elidyr Communities Trust so that the maximum level of income is achieved and all donors get the support and stewardship they require.
Main responsibilities:
- This role will be the first point of contact for fundraising enquiries coming into Elidyr Communities Trust by email, telephone, post, and social media.
- To ensure all supporters and donors receive fundraising information and materials to support their fundraising.
- To send thank you letters, receipts, and certificates to supporters and donors in a timely manner, developing a suite of audience-appropriate responses.
- To produce appropriate fundraising and marketing content for the website and social media.
- To coordinate and promote fundraising products and events through social media, segmenting the audiences appropriately and ensuring the most appropriate social media sites are selected for the audience/message.
- To support the development of a suite of fundraising materials and to create appropriate stewardship plans for all supporters and donors.
- To proactively use Zoho CRM to develop and manage relationships with supporters and donors ensuring that all correspondence is recorded accurately.
- To build and maintain excellent relationships with new and existing supporters.
- To work with colleagues to continually improve the efficiency of fundraising administration and marketing activities.
- To ensure that records and stocks are kept of all fundraising information and materials so that fundraising merchandise can be tracked and restocked when necessary.
- To carry out general fundraising and administration duties as required by the Head of Development.
- To represent Elidyr Communities Trust at events and other fundraising activities as required.
