Role Title: Student Services Advisor
Location: Deeside
Contract Type: Full time – Fixed Term until February 2026
Salary: £25,550 – £26,189; salary will be based on a salary assessment and experience.
Coleg Cambria is seeking a Student Services Advisor to handle all day-to-day learner enquiries and provide appropriate information via face-to-face, telephone, chat online, and email. Responsibilities include supporting learners with welfare issues and disseminating information regarding course advice, guidance, DBS checks, and transport passes.
Essential Requirements:
- Good standard of education (GCSE Grade D and above in literacy and numeracy)
- NVQ Level 3 Advice and Guidance
- Experience in providing advice and guidance
- Experience dealing with young people’s welfare issues
- Experience managing sensitive situations
- Knowledge of learner support issues
- Personal resilience to handle various situations
- Good ICT skills
